Alex de Aranzeta, MA, JD (she/her) is a startup advisor, executive communication and speaker coach, and storytelling strategist for tech companies and founders on equitable and trusted AI.
She leverages two decades of language, acting, teaching, and speaking experience in the US and abroad to help founders, tech leaders, and companies create and share their product story with their internal teams, customers, and communities.
Alex has dedicated her career to combating inequity, unfairness, and discrimination. A linguist and lawyer by education, and former Mediator and Civil Rights practitioner by profession, she's led 300+ investigations and mediations, trained 4000+ CEOs and professionals, drafted and advised 250+ policies and regulations, and built an award-winning Language Access Program recognized by the NAACP. She's also led equity compliance teams in government, higher ed, and enterprise for workforces of 50 to 50,000.
Alex advises venture-backed startups on storytelling strategy and diversity and has spoken on equity and communication at the U.S. Department of Labor Women's Bureau, Harvard Kennedy School, World Congress of Bioethics, San Francisco Startup Week, Women in Product Conference, and has served as a TEDx Speaker Coach. She has also developed communication frameworks and modalities that have been adopted by government agencies and medical school humanities curricula.
